I’ve helped clients through the various steps in getting a divorce in Louisville and the surrounding areas. I handle many aspects of family law including:

Filing for divorce is usually an emotional experience. Some spouses are deciding to file, while others are reacting to that decision. During my many years of practice, there have been case in which I’m helping a spouse to protect herself/himself from abuse, protect children and to walk with my clients as they begin the journey forward.
It’s not always easy. Divorce and family law can take a lot out of you. However, I know for many of my clients I’m able to provide much needed advice and guidance, regardless of why they’re in this situation.
I don’t judge my clients. I’m there to lend my knowledge and experience in a court system many don’t always understand. Obtaining a no-fault divorce in Kentucky is only one of the issues I might encounter on a day-t0-day basis. My clients realize they can and will make it through this sometimes difficult process. I’m there every step of the way to answer questions, respond to legal motions and to protect many of their interests.
